  • Directions for Use

    • For moisturizing: After cleansing, apply a small amount of hemp seed oil to damp skin to lock in hydration and soothe dryness.

    • For eczema flare-ups: Gently massage the oil onto affected areas 1-2 times daily to reduce irritation and inflammation.

    • For hair: Massage a few drops into the scalp and work through hair, leave for 30-60 minutes, then shampoo out for moisture, softness, and shine; use 1-2 times per week
