Directions for Use

• For Moisturizing: After cleansing, apply a small amount of hemp seed oil to damp skin to lock in hydration and soothe dryness.

• For Eczema Flare-Ups: Gently massage the oil onto affected areas 1-2 times daily to reduce irritation and inflammation.

• For Hair: Massage a few drops into the scalp and work through hair, leave for 30-60 minutes, then shampoo out for moisture, softness, and shine; use 1-2 times per week.

• Patch Test First: Always test a small amount on a patch of skin before regular use, especially if you have very reactive skin.

Please discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

• Keep your oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to preserve its natural benefits.

• Store it tightly sealed to prevent exposure to air which can degrade the oil.

• Avoid places with extreme temperature changes, like near heaters or windows.
